Yes, they do. Bring proof of rabies vaccination for each pet. The fee is $10.00 per license per year.  Effective 07/27/2023. All pet licenses expire annually.

Yes you do. The permit is $12 and available at Town Hall. You can get the permit up to the day before your garage sale. Garage sales can only be held on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Each address may have no more than two garage sales per year.

Yes, it is. The permit is $20.00 and must be renewed yearly for $10.00.

No it is not. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) does not allow outdoor burning in our area. They do make some exceptions. TCEQ can be contacted by calling (817) 588-5800 or going to their website at http://www.tceq.state.tx.us. There is a free booklet on the TCEQ website called Outdoor Burning in Texas that furthers explains these rules.

Water Conservation Plan

The Town’s annual water conservation plan begins, Sunday, May 1st and ends Saturday, October 1st. The days you may water are two days each week. The plan is outlined as follows:

  • No property may use water for watering and landscaping purposes at any time on Mondays.
  • No watering of any kind is allowed between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on any day
  • Hand watering of plants and flowers, not to include lawns, is allowed any day during the permitted hours.
  • You have two days each week that you can water your lawn, before 10 a.m. or after 6 p.m. The schedule is divided according to the last number of your address:
  • If your Address ends in 0 thru 3, you may water Tuesday and Friday.
  • If your Address ends in 4 thru 6, you may water Wednesday and Saturday.
  • If your Address ends in 7 thru 9, you may water Thursday and Sunday.
